Terms and Conditions


Orders arriving on weekdays before 4pm and on weekends before 1pm will be delivered during the same day. Morning deliveries (before 12pm) and deliveries to nearby towns should be ordered the day before by 4pm. Deliveries are not made on summer Sundays (from 1 Jun to 31 Aug) or bank holidays. The Nina Flora shop only delivers to Tampere and neighbouring towns. Deliveries to other parts of Finland will be forwarded through other florist shops.

We only call the recipient in special cases in order to confirm the delivery. Of course we also call the recipient if the sender especially asks for it. If the recipient cannot be reached, the delivery will be left by the door or with a neighbour. If the sender does not wish this, we will leave a notification on the recipient's door or mailbox, stating where and when the flower delivery can be picked up.

We guarantee that the quality of the products is high upon delivery and that we will deliver the flowers according to the amount that the customer has paid. We aim to deliver a product according to what was ordered. If we have to make changes, e.g. because of poor availability, we strive to keep the look of the floral design work as similar as possible. Should there occur a cause for complaint about the quality of the flowers, the complaint should be made the following weekday.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information he has provided. Nina Flora is not responsible for possible problems caused by errors in the information provided by the customer, such as addresses and door codes. If the delivery cannot be made due to incorrect details, we will not refund the product price nor the delivery fee to the customer, and will not compensate any damages to third parties. Nina Flora is not responsible for indirect damages.

An order can be cancelled five (5) hours before delivery time at the latest. Refunds will be made in cash or by bank transfer.

If the delivery needs to be made at a certain time, we will charge €17.00 instead of the normal delivery fee. The timed delivery service is available only in the Tampere area. We reserve right to deliver the timed delivery 15 minutes before or after the desired time.

Means of Payment


The payment transfer and financing services related to online bank payments will be handled by Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj buys the payment and forwards it to the merchant. For the consumer the service works exactly the same as traditional online payments.

If you wish to pay with a debit or credit card, Nina Flora only acts as the marketer of the products and services and delivers the products to the customer. Nina Flora is therefore only responsible for product marketing, deliveries, and the handling of possible complaints. When needed, you can also address your complaint to Paytrail Oyj.

In payments made with debit and credit cards, Paytrail Oyj will act as the seller of the product, and the transaction happens between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. The seller is responsible for all duties related to the transaction. Paytrail Oyj will also be shown as the recipient of the payment.
